Having installed a range of roofing materials during his contracting years, Tom is objective and fair in his assessment of current and past solutions. Tom’s “builder approach” is invaluable when analyzing structural issues and building related problems. His ability to apply critical, technical product solutions is an asset to any project. Tom oversees all associates’ regional responsibilities, while personally representing areas of Iowa, Central and Southern Illinois.
Tom calls Eastern Iowa home with his wife, Peggy, where he enjoys sharing his love for woodworking and engineering with his 7 grandchildren in “Grandpa’s Shop.” When he’s not consulting with you, he’s likely creating walking trails in his woods or building a table for one of his children.

Keith comes to ACGI WITH over 10 years of commercial roofing experience and project management. With actual installation knowledge and a keen sense of value for our customers, Keith provides clarity and efficiency in his recommendations. His familiarity and expertise in the architectural and construction industry brings effective results to architects and builders throughout the entirety of a project. Based in the Kansas City area, Steve serves Western Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska.
