This building was turned into a climate controlled storage facility after housing a retail boot store. The original metal roof was in poor shape. Storage units, with metal roofs, tend to have condensation problems. Those problems were eliminated by Riddell Roofing, Inc. installing a Metal Retrofit system by Duro-Last.
